What are we asking God to do through us?

• We want to motivate 100% of our congregation to take a tangible step towards spiritual growth this year.

• We want to inspire more regular attenders to put their faith into action beyond simply coming to a worship service.

• We want to see people break destructive patterns and experience freedom from sin.

• We want to encourage individuals to focus their areas of ministry in accordance with their spiritual gifting.

• We want to hear and tell stories of faithfulness with our witness to a world that needs Jesus.

How will we accomplish this?

• The Lead pastor will commit to casting this vision early and consistently to inspire the congregation toward deeper faith and spiritual growth.

• Our congregation will be reminded and challenged to take a new step in their spiritual journey and then share their stories as a means of encouragement and accountability.

• Our ministry staff and small group leaders should promote the vision in their areas of influence through clear communication and specific goals.

• Our elders should ensure that this vision is being actively implemented, emphasizing the kind of activities that promoted growth in the early church [Acts 2:42-47; Acts 4:32-35].

• As a church we will trust that ultimately God gives the growth [1 Corinthians 3:7-9]
