Online Security

Redwood Chapel has arranged for online giving and payment for certain events through PLANNING CENTER ONLINE (PCO) GIVING, a secure, PCI Compliant Service Provider. PCO GIVING enables us to accept donations and payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit card and eChecks.  Redwood Chapel does not collect bank or credit card information to save on our servers, and no Redwood Chapel staff has access to that information.  

 

Donor Receipting

Your giving records at Redwood Chapel are confidential, and only a few key Finance personnel have access to that information.  We send out giving statements to your current address on file at least annually (by January 31st as required by law).  If you desire a giving statement at any other time, please call the church office and request one.

 

Redwood Chapel is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible, as allowable by law. Donors are advised to contact their legal, financial, tax, or other professional regarding any tax deductibility questions.  

 

Privacy Policy 

Your privacy is very important to Redwood Chapel.  We never disclose to any third parties, personal or business information as a result of your visits to this website or information that you may voluntarily provided to us. This includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address, or phone number. All personal information is used for our Church's internal purposes only to enhance services and activities. Ensuring the confidentiality of site visitors and donors is of utmost importance.

 

We provide this privacy policy as a statement of our commitment to protect your personal information. If you have submitted information through our website and would like that information revised or deleted, please call the church office at 510-886-6300.
