Discipleship
Training -
Discipleship Training (DT) takes place for each department
between 5 and
6pm, just before
EQUIP, the Church-wide school for life and ministry.
During DT, small clusters of students meet to read, study,
pray and dialogue through key doctrines, character issues or Christian
character issues, which mark a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
These DT groups are made up of students who take the initiative to grow
spiritually and desire to solidify their confidence and assurance in
their faith.
EQUIP -
Most courses in the Sunday evening (6 –
7pm) EQUIP school of life and ministry are open to any of our students
who take seriously the invitation to be trained and equipped for every
good work and to sharpen their character and/or ministry skills.
Junior High -
On Wednesdays we meet in the Heritage Room for a time of games,
fellowship, and worship thru teaching and singing. Invite your friends!
High School -
On Wednesdays, we meet in the Firehouse for student-led worship-singing, fellowship, testimonies, and a
Bible study on a relevant topic. Invite your friends!
Winter and Summer Camps — February and July
- Each winter and summer we have a retreat or camp for each of the
departments designed around a special theme, designed around the school
schedules of our students. During the summer, College and Young Adults
have a Houseboat weekend and High School and Junior High attend
Hume
Lake.
Missions Trips — Spring Break and Summer
