Joseph Linn ministered at Redwood Chapel for
twenty-four years, serving as Minister of Music, Minister of Worship
& Programming, and Executive Minister. He then served elsewhere
for about fourteen years, returning to Redwood Chapel in February
2003. He manages the day-to-day operations of
Redwood, working with the Pastoral and Support Staffs. He is also part
of the Worship Planning Team and leads in worship.
In 1961, Joe met Rozanne in high school typing class. They
were married in 1964. Through the years, Rozanne has served in
children's music ministry where she has been the children's choir
director and song leader for Vacation Bible School. Joe and Rozanne
have two children. Melody is married to Tim Davis and lives in
Southern California. Both Tim and Melody are members of the Heritage
Singers, and Tim is a full-time studio singer. Tim and Melody have two
children, Christian and Summer Joy. Joe and Rozanne's son, Matthew, lives in Dallas, TX
where he works as a computer graphics specialist.
Although Joe seldom relaxes, when he does, he enjoys San Francisco
Symphony concerts. He loves to “sit behind the orchestra to observe the
conductor and listen to the concert from the orchestra’s perspective.”
Another way he unwinds is by going to Lake Berryessa to swim and boat
with his family, especially his grandchildren Christian and Summer.
