The Early Childhood Department of Redwood Chapel is designed for children ages two years through kindergarten. Because this age group has a great learning capacity, our teachers' main goal is to present Biblical truths in an exciting interactive setting, making their experiences at church their favorite times of the week.

Here is what we offer for your child:

Target Audience: Ages 3 - Kindergarten

Time and Day/Date: 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM, Sunday mornings.

Location:

3 year olds: B-1 & 2
4 year olds: B-3 & B-4
Kindergarten/ 5 year olds: C-6

Purpose of program: Teach

Description of program: Classes open at 8:45 a.m. During this time, your child will experience learning centers, a snack, scripture memorization, a child-oriented story reinforcing Biblical principles.

Target Audience: Ages 3 - Third Grade

Time and Day/Date: 6:00 PM, Sundays

Location: 3's through 3rd Grade: Heritage Room  all together

Purpose of program: Teach, Reach and Fellowship

Description of program: Children will be dismissed during the evening service, usually right around 6:25 PM, and the program ends at the close of church. Joy Clubs is devoted to Scripture memory and practical application. Children are encouraged to dress casually due to the activities they will participate in throughout the evening

We love our children and want to ensure their safety at all times. That is why we ask that NO minors pick up children from the early childhood department. Also, we ask that parents pick up their children IMMEDIATELY following each service. Sickness Alert We ask, in the interest of all, that if your child is running a fever, has a suspicious rash or runny nose, please do not bring him/her to our classes. Although we enjoy seeing every child that comes through our doors, we do not want to pass the sickness or infection to other children.
